รายละเอียดงาน
• This position reports to the T&L Department Manager, monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Manage and evaluate the delivery of training and development program
• Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
• help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• Bachelor or Master degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Learning and Development
• Experience in Talent Development Program and/or Management Trainee Program is a plus
• Proactive, Fast learner, Team player, Interpersonal skill, Attention to details
• Good command in English (TOIEC 500+)
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
