Job Summary The post holder assists homeroom teachers with the performance of his/her duties. This person is directly responsible to the Primary Leadership Team. Duties and Responsibilities - Support teachers with group management when needed in class. - Prepare material as instructed by the homeroom teacher - Supervise an activity with a group of students as directed by the homeroom teacher - Except for accompanying students to specialists' classes as per the assigned schedule - Supervise on the playground or at the school gate, as per assigned schedule - Attend all team meetings in order to increase knowledge and understanding of the school - Assist with field trips within usual working hours as required - Supervise students in out-of-classroom activities during the school day Key Competencies - Good organisational skills - Interpersonal skills - Demonstrates strong work ethic to achieve academy goals - Displays effective multitasking and time management skills - Team oriented

• Good computer literacy skills
