Technical Customer Support Job Description We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.
Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback,among other duties. Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
Identify the hardware and the software issue.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Provide a workaround and a permanent solution.
Monitor the alert system for early detection of problems.
Provide a script for solving database problems.
Perform minor adjustment of the system to fix the incident.Restart or perform rolling to resume the system.
Attend the meeting to explain issues.
Be responsible for deployment to solve the Incident.
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience in tech support or a similar role.
Experience with NodeJS,ReactJS,Rest API,Websocket would be preferrable
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Critical-thinker with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate complex information in simple and clear terms to non-techie individuals.
Ability to deal with difficult customers and manage stressful conditions.
Immaculate writing and communication skills with great attention to customer care
Strong verbal and written skill in both Thai and English languages
Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on weekends and off-office hour shift (occasionally)
