Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of Frontend, Backend, iOS, Android, QA Engineers.
Work with Dev team to provide workforce estimation for product backlog items, distribute tasks to the team, monitor and drive the team to achieve the desired deliverables within the committed timeline.
Write technical documents and information related to the tasks responsible.
Review the quality and performance of software codes developed by the team and able to recommend best practice to optimize computation power and memory usage.
Provide advice, consult, and solutions to the team members regarding work or problems to increase efficiency and productivity. 
Define KPIs, OKRs, evaluation criteria, and an evaluation of the performance results of the team.
Streamline deployment process by introducing and implementing CI/CD pipeline including automated testing and deployment.
Actively research and share new methods, tools, and knowledge related to software development and best practice coding to the team. 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in information technology, computer science, computer engineer or related fields.
Front-end experience: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, etc.
Back-end experience: C#.
Framework Experience: NET Core, .NET Framework.
Mobile experience: Swift, Java/Kotlin.
Database: MSSQL, SQL Server, Elastic Search, Redis, MongoDB.
Source control: git, github, gitlab, gitflow.
Have experience in solution and architecture recommendations and improvement.
Have experience in code and database optimization.
Able to setup CI/CD process for deployment automation.
Experience with microservices architecture (Docker, Containers, Kubernetes) is desirable.
Have good understanding of mobile application development and integration with back-end.
Have good understanding of analytics and tracking tools e.g., GA, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Facebook Pixel, etc.
Have experience working in Agile software development (Web/Mobile Applications).
Can work under pressure and tight timeline.
Have experience in producing quality functional/technical documentation.
Have experience in using project/issue management tool e.g., JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
Have excellent logical, systematic thinking, strong problem analysis, good human relations, mature and good interpersonal skills.
Good command of written English.
