Job Description
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Backlog Ownership: Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.
Technical Understanding: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and scalability of solutions.
Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and system data to improve the product.
Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet high reliability and performance standards through collaboration with engineering and QA teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or related role.
Prior experience as a software developer is required, with an understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Experience in ticketing, e-commerce, or payments is a plus.
Technical Background: Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and software development processes (you don't need to code, but you should understand how things work).
Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to break down complex issues and drive solutions.
Excellent Communication: Can translate between business and technical teams effectively.
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SQL, analytics tools, and wire-framing tools (Figma, Miro, etc.).
Bonus Points
Experience in the event management, ticketing, or entertainment industry.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
