Job Description
To manage Thailand Lab technical service team and improvement
To provide technical support to customers by organizing lab works and technical service aligned to BU direction
To achieve customers satisfaction by on time replies to customer enquiries and presenting good technology
To identify customers unmet needs and transfer into new R&D project and help to qualify new products at customer side.
Desired skills & Experience
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in chemical/rubber/polymer related discipline
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Local language and culture awareness
Proactive with practical experience
Business oriented market and commercial knowledge/skills desirable
Good command of both written and spoken English
Good communication, project management & lab testing skills
Related Experience:
Minimum 6 years related experience in rubber/chemical/polymer industry
Experience working in chemical multinational company is an added advantage
