- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Education, English Language/Linguistics, or any related field
- Has excellent command of English in all skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing
- Has at least 8 years teaching experience in a regular classroom inside Thailand (with the activity-based teaching style is preferred)
- Experience in curriculum development, creating support programs for ESL students
- Thai, NES or NNES, all welcome
- Has excellent classroom management skills
- Be familiar with SLC (School as Learning Community) and PLC (Professional Learning Community)
- Expertise in implementing lesson study methodologies, Has ability to lead reflective practices among teaching staff, and Track record of improving teaching quality through lesson study
- Has strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate modern digital tools and software efficiently
- Has a TEFL/TOEIC/IELTS certificate which is still valid in 2 years

Give advice to ESL teachers in their teaching and developing students' learning
