Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team working with children from 2 to 5 years old. -Leading, managing, and supporting the pre nursery teaching team, fostering a collaborative environment in conjunction. -Leading and supporting the implementation of a robust and age-appropriate pre-nursery curriculum that meets children's developmental needs and interests in conjunction with our Assistant Head of Curriculum. -Ensuring the highest standards of care and education and facilitating up to date best practices in conjunction with our Assistant Head of Teaching and Learning. -Creating a welcoming, nurturing environment that supports the emotional and physical wellbeing of very young children in conjunction with our Assistant Head of Wellbeing. -Providing a safe environment, taking appropriate measures to protect children from harm in line with the school's Health and Safety and safeguarding policy in conjunction with our Assistant Head of Wellbeing and Executive Head.

• Bachelor's degree in education or similar field
