The Opportunity:
My client has grown from a small regional bank to an international private bank employing over 3500 staff in more than 20 locations worldwide. They are one of the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group and is currently looking to hire a Transaction Surveillance/ Payment Filtering Team Lead to join their team.
Job scope:
You will be leading in the Transection Surveillance team supporting to the Head of Operation Singapore. Geography coverage: Singapore and Hong Kong
Leading the Transection Surveillance team and the escalation point for day to day issues
Responsible to ensure timely review and closure/escalation of the hits in the Transaction Filtering System
Responsible for the administration of the group-wide list of the unwanted clients (Watchlist)
Handling and ongoing improvements of exceptions
Identifying market developments and their impact on systems and processes
Maintaining, improving, fine-tuning, testing and documenting the function of the Transaction Filtering System
Working closely with the relevant stakeholders such as Compliance from the various locations
Providing training/guidance to team members
The Talent:
7-10 years of experience in Transaction Surveillance/ Paymet Filtering
Track record of people management/leadership
Capable of working with senior stakeholders within an international coverage
Working hours: Monday -Friday: either 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00
