• Ensurethat the transition will go smoothly and not impact Operations, the last isyour main goal and focus
• Becognizant and sharp on cutting corners to get the transition done that have anegative effect on quality and stability
• Makesure that the transition is embedded into the standing organization and SAFe /DevOps way of working
• Ensureand facilitate continuous alignment between (incumbent) service providers andInternal teams about all aspects of the transition
• Act as asingle point of contact and escalation between service provider and teams,handle escalations and support in managerial oversight during P1 incidents andcritical service restoration
• Enforcequality and documentation standards and execute quality checks, gates tomake sure that the quality is not jeopardized
• Reportout and provide insight on how the transition is progressing
JS:
• Capableand open communicator at various management levels
• Broadexperience in the field of outsourced infra-services, preferably on both sides(provider and client)
• InfrastructureDNA, technically well-developed, knowledgeable about infrastructure servicesand global delivery models
• Track-recordwith 10+ years in an IT infrastructure Operations role (e.g. Service deliverymanager, Infra director, Infra tower manager, Off-shore lead)
• Proactive,feeling comfortable in taking initiative, result-oriented, direct and hands-on.
• Analyticalskills, proven trouble-shooting capabilities and managing large scaledisasters, incidents.
• Able toidentify and prioritize key deliverables
• Fluentin English in both oral and written
• Experiencedin working with Jira
• MSOffice, advanced knowledge excel, PowerPoint
