คุณสมบัติ :
Essential skills include
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
- Min 6 years' experience in QA, Acceptance Testing including a minimum of 2 years managing and leading a small team of testers.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and tools in agile development process.
- Good technical knowledge, including the ability to talk with various stakeholders to understand user stories and requirements, define acceptance criteria and test scripts.
- Hands-on test experience with web and mobile app products.
- Experience using multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams.
- Experience of risked based testing scope management.
- Ability to apply testing processes and terminology to practical scenarios, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Ability to report and support communication to multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Strong personality with the ability to stand your ground with other strong personalities.
