คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Thai nationality aged 35 years old up./ Foreigners (Local Terms)
2. Good English skills.
3. Relevant Degree education preferably in Engineering field / Building Management
4. At least minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
5. Experience in managing office buildings, shopping centers or commercial buildings will be added advantage Maturity coupled with the ability to deal with issues and challenges and provide practical solutions
6. Strong commercial/business acumen
7. Good people management skills, presentation and communication skills
8. Excellent networking and client management skills
9. Self-driven, pleasant personality, resourceful and a good team player
