Call Center Academy (CCA) is the leader and pioneer in call center training, an accredited institution of TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), and a member of CEDF-IT (Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology), HIMOAP (Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines), and PSIA (Philippine Software Industry Association). Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate or higher
- Can converse well in the English language
- With strong comprehension and listening skills
- Good problem solving, trouble shooting, and decision making skills
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Willing to work on varied hours, weekends and holidays
- Can work under pressure
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in PC troubleshooting (preferred)
- No work experience required
