Responsibility
Digital product design experiment & benchmarking study
Conduct user research, concept and usability testing includinggather feedback
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Create personas through user research and data
Develop wireframes, prototypes and task flows based onuser needs
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Track usability goals and prepare reports for seniormanagement
Qualification
Bachelors or higher degree in interaction design, digitaldesign or related field.
Experience in leading UX/UI on projects
Strong background in graphic design skills, with a goodunderstanding of typography, layouts and palate development.
Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills
