We are seeking a proactive, design-driven Junior UX/UI Designer to join our growing product team.
In this role, you'll contribute to the improvement and consistency of user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with product owner and engineers to support the creation of a centralized design system and scalable information architecture that spans multiple business units.This is a hands-on role ideal for a graphic designer transitioning into digital product design, who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to learn, take initiative, and build design foundations from the ground up.Key Responsibilities :
Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for both website and web application platforms
Contribute to the development and documentation of a centralized design system, including components, layouts, and visual guidelines.
Help organize information architecture and navigation structures across products
Audit current UI/UX patterns and propose improvements for consistency and clarity
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
Work closely with the Product Owner to design and refine user flows that align with both business logic and user needs
Maintain design files in Figma with logical structure, naming conventions, and reusable elements.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Participate in feedback sessions and iterate based on input from team and stakeholders
Proactively suggest UI/UX enhancements that improve user experience and scalability
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Communication Arts or a related field
0-2 years of experience in digital product design or a strong transition portfolio from graphic design
Proficiency in Figma; understanding of responsive design and interface design principles
Strong visual design skills-typography, layout, spacing, and hierarchy
Growth mindset with a passion for learning UX methodologies and scalable design systems
Self-motivation and a sense of ownership-willing to propose ideas, not just execute tasks.
Comfortable with collaboration and open feedback loops.
Attention to detail in design documentation and consistency.
Communicate clearly in Thai and English (strong English reading/writing is a plus)
