Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
Providing assistance to customers, including wine tasting and education, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Store Operations:
Managing daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Inventory Management:
Overseeing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and maintaining attractive displays.
• Staff Management:
Training, scheduling, and supervising staff, fostering a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
• Sales and Marketing:
Implementing merchandising strategies, sales data records, and developing promotional events to boost sales.
• Financial Management:
Controlling expenses & house funds.
• Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including age verification and responsible alcohol sales practices.

A strong understanding of wines, including different varietals, regions, and vintages or WSET.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing a positive for customer experience.
Proven ability to manage a team, oversee daily operations, and implement effective sales strategies.
Ability to manage inventory, organize promotional events, and maintain a well-organized store environment
