ลักษณะการทํางาน :
1. Company & Product Strategy:
- Understand Murata product knowledge, application and Murata policy in order to create and execute promotion strategies independently.
- Strengthen Murata presence in Thailand by Explore new markets and new customers.
2. Promotion Activity & Customer Information Management:
- Understand Customer's detail information (pain-point, project roadmap, organization, competitor) and share information within internal stakeholders
- Make Analysis and Hypothesis in order to create businesses
- Responsible for planning & executing product promotion activities (pre-sales design-in activities) while working with Product Engineer located in Singapore and Japan.
- Perform technical presentations to customers and understand customers' project specifications, needs and propose solution to meet customer's requirement.
- Analyze market situation and competitor research, initiate and execute sales strategies to create sales opportunities, gain market share and improve market positioning.
- Execute Project Activities (onground support)
3. Marketing Activity and New Business Creation:
- Understand market situation trend and do analysis to promote Murata product to fit with market's needs.
- Responsible for exploration new customer to promote Murata existing product and create new business scheme.
- Making marketing strategy and activity management to achieve company's goal.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. 1. Male or Female age not over 25 years old
2. 2. Fresh graduate or 1-3 years direct experience
3. 3. Bachelor degree in any field (Engineering or Technology major base will be advantage)
4. 4. Work experience in B2B Sales and Marketing relate to Technology will be advantage
5. 5. Good command in English with TOEIC Scores 600 up *pls attached TOEIC score if available.
6. 6. Good Presentation and Communication Skill
7. 7. Proactive team player. Able to work with a dynamic, diverse team.
8. 8. Have a good negotiation skill, Able to work with a dynamic, diverse team.
