-Business Development by identifying potential customers and generate revenue
-Achieve sales target through aggressive prospecting and conversion of it
-Self driven, individual responsibility of entire sales process
-Proactively work on product strategies to success as per customer demand
-Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value
-Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales, operations and procurement management teams to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Thai Nationality with good command of English, both of written and spoken.
2. 5-10 years of Ocean Freight sales experience and in-depth knowledge of complex logistics solutions required.
3. Should have good knowledge of FCL , LCL ,SOC activities for inound & outbound traffic with proven "business-to-business" sales leadership in the transportation, logistics or supply chain management industry
4. Should have an excellent relationship with Shipping Lines and relevan business associates
5. Should be capable of developing sea freight business against agreed KPI /KRA and simultaneously set up the Ocean freight department to offer best in class service to internal and external customers
6. Should be self-driven with limited supervision yet ability to achieve aggressive goals, meeting sales target
7. Prefer sales experiences which also includes Air, Ground and Warehousing product
