Responsibilities
· Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into use cases.
· Support the design, development, and delivery of banking solutions such as digital banking, payment systems, SME banking, and etc.
· Analyse complex financial data to assist with business decision-making.
· Translate business needs into functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements.
· Conduct market research to identify fintech trends, competitors, and opportunities.
· Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations on findings.
· Ensure development teams accurately understand and implement requirements.
· Assist in the creation and testing of new fintech products and features.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial products and services.
· Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and vendors.
· Implement strategies to enhance business processes and system functionality.
· Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
· Train and support end-users on new systems and processes.
· Utilize project management tools to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
· Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
· Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss projects and initiatives.
Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline with less than 2 years of full-time working experience.
· Strong understanding of banking application such as digital banking, payment systems, SME banking, and etc.
· Understanding financial products, services, and the fintech landscape is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
· Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
· Experience working with development teams to implementrequirements.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
