We need a core team senior software developer to join Castcle team. We need comrades to join our journey to develop the fairer social media by decentralizing concepts where every user is an owner of the community together. Every user will receive the token rewards for every contribution to Castcle community e.g. feed reading, content creating, and content farming. By design, the utility of the token is to advertise in the community resulting in the token value being directly related to the value of the community where every user is an owner together

Responsibilities
Continuously design and develop quantitative models being used across Castcle.com -- a decentralized social media platform -- such as user feeding, content suggestion, spam filtering, bot protection, etc.
Contribute to a wide variety of research projects using statistical analysis and modeling being used in crucial decision making, for example, performing A/B testing before rolling out new UX/UI design and/or software features which impact a wide range of Castcle users.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete analysis (data gathering, analysis, deliverables), and share results and recommendations with stakeholders.
Develop, Mentor, and build team members together. 
Qualifications
Highly experienced in translating business questions into an analysis framework and interpreting analysis results into business recommendations.
3 years of work experience with statistical software such as R or Python, and database languages such as SQL and/or noSQL DBMS.
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends.
Having passion in being a part of a team making a cutting-edge product which impacts the world.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with building Machine Learning models.
Applied knowledge of measurement and statistics relating to software evaluation and development such as A/B Testing
