Responsibilties:
Drive innovation products and new initiatives from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, through to implementation and launch
Manage the roadmap for your product, analyze customer journeys, oversee user research, define requirements, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through product lifecycle
Identify opportunities for new products that leverage KBANK ecosystem and its partners to provide unique and lasting customer value
Work hand-in-hand with advanced tech engineers who build KBTG technology such as blockchain, biometrics, machine learning, etc.
Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
Qualifications:
Be a self-starter and visionary person with strong leadership and self-motivation capabilities
Have a startup founder mindset and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining composure and a positive attitude
Have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions - all the way up to executives
Be passionate about technology and comfortable to build business use cases around it
