Responsibility
Design and develop an Platform and REST API that turn insights data into actions
Build and (Unit)test real-time and batch Data processing pipeline using Python
Build an end-to-end platform that executes complex logics and visualizing the process
Evaluate and select appropriate data storage (SQL, NoSQL, BigData) for different components.
Manage, maintain and debug System operations and its infrastructure
Technical Qualification
 
Proficient in Go, Python, Java, Scala, and/or Typescript
Proficient in one or more framework such as NextJS / Django / HTML / CSS / Javascript
Familiar with Data product such as Kafka, kSQLDB, Hadoop is a big plus
Proficient in OOP Design Pattern
Proficient in unittesting, mocks, and various types of developer test automations
Familiar with various types of data storage in ELK, SQL, and NoSQL, etc.
Familiar with CICD concepts and tools, i.e., Docker, git, branching, kubernetes, etc.
Overall great intuition on how to build a high quality software

Responsibility
Drive Software Design and Development: Lead the architectural design, development, and continuous improvement of sophisticated software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Hands-On Programming and Code Review: Actively engage in coding using Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar object-oriented programming languages, demonstrating technical expertise and setting a high standard for code quality.
Mentorship and Best Practices: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers, promoting industry best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and efficient development workflows.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all software products meet business requirements, quality standards, and compliance guidelines through rigorous testing and review processes.
Project Management and Execution: Oversee software development timelines, ensuring goals and milestones are met by proactively identifying risks and resolving bottlenecks. Run daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Qualification
Technical Expertise:
Advanced-level in Python, Java, and/or TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern software development principles.
Expert in full-stack development, with a thorough understanding of how frontend and backend components interact and integrate.
In-depth knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Open Source Enthusiast: Demonstrated interest or experience in utilizing and leveraging open-source technologies and frameworks.
Comprehensive Systems Understanding:
Strong knowledge of how frontend, backend, and data layers collaborate to deliver seamless software solutions.
Knowledgeable in infrastructure topics, including networking, load balancing, routing, containerization, and software security principles.
Framework and Architecture Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, Akka, and Next.js.
Familiarity with diverse software architectures, including Message Queue systems, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
DevOps and Infrastructure:
Practical experience with DevOps principles, GitOps workflows, and CICD pipelines.
Proficiency in modern infrastructure tools and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
