● Take care of research methodology design and execution for AI/ML related to NLP
● Working with Unstructured Data Team and Field Work Team for training data acquisition
● Working with Development Team for system integration
● Perform training data preprocessing and feature engineering
● Perform model trainings and evaluations
● Take care of model optimization and deployment
● Take care of model integration pipeline with the production system
● Participate in Agile working practices such as daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint reviews andretrospectives.
Qualifications
● Experiences in Software Development and/or degree in computer science.
● Good Python coding Skill
● Good knowledge in probability theory and some machine learning techniques
● Good analytical and problem solving skills; Critical-thinker with attention to detail
● Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment
● Experience in either machine vision or natural language processing areas Optional Skills
● Data-driven modern machine learning skill is a plus (Deep Learning)
● Decision tree based machine learning skill is a plus (GBM, XG-Boost)
● Having records in paper publication in IEEE level is a plus
● Good programming skill in any languages is a plus
