Product Owner (entry level)ARINCARE

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized product owner to join our growing team.
As a Product Owner, you will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and other internal teams to define, prioritize, and implement product features. You will help translate business requirements into user stories, ensure smooth execution of development tasks, and contribute to improving our agile product management processes. 
Responsibilities
Collaborate with development team, and stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities
Develop clear and concise user stories, tasks, and define key product metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and development capacity.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to refine and enhance product features for a seamless user experience.
Participate in sprint planning, daily meeting, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution of product development.
Assist in gathering user feedback and data analytics to improve product performance and usability.
Communicate regularly with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure alignment on product changes.
Support documentation efforts, including product release notes and training materials.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields (internships or project experience are a plus).
Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to remain calm and manage express of emotion in interaction with others
Strong organization and task management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of software development processes and experience working with engineering teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
Passion for technology and product development, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B platforms, healthcare tech, or e-commerce is a plus.
