What You'll Do
Architect & Build: In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of services that handle diverse workloads, including data ingestion, AI processing, and user management. You will also develop secured robust, scalable solutions for storing and querying unstructured data, such as meeting transcripts, ensuring the system can efficiently manage large volumes of information.
Drive AI Integration: You will develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to generate context-aware insights, and optimized and deploy generative AI solutions that power advanced analytics and recommendations. This involves selecting the right architectures, leveraging AI frameworks, and ensuring all models are seamlessly integrated into the larger platform.
Ownership & Impact: You will take the lead in scoping, planning, and delivering product features under tight deadlines, demonstrating a "startup grit" mindset when necessary to meet ambitious objectives. By mentoring junior developers and upholding high coding and architectural standards, you will play a key role in shaping the product's direction and overall success.

Requirements
Strong experience in software engineering, with a focus on building production-ready systems
Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest advancements in generative AI
Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and evolving technologies
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Typescript (ReactJS/NextJS), Python/or Golang
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and familiar with LLM libraries such as LangChain or Llamaindex is a plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus
Familiarity with Machine Learning Model and service is a plus
