We are looking for Technical Support / IT Support candidates who can participate in our agile team.
Details:
Position: Technical Support
Salary: up to 35k
Location: BTS Saphan Taksin

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers/users within the company
Provide system setting and configuration to team
Identify and resolve basic technical issues
Identify and communicate to dev team to resolve technical issues
Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
Qualifications:
Experience in IT Support
Available on Weekend / Overtime
Good communication
High sense of responsibility
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Plus:
Experience in Linux
Experience in Git
Experience in Agile methodology
