Job responsibilities: 1. Prepare an annual recruitment plan and budget based on the existing establishment and company development; 2. Formulate a recruitment plan, and be responsible for the implementation of the specific activities of the recruitment plan to ensure the smooth completion of the recruitment task, including resume search, interview selection, salary negotiation, entry tracking and other full processes; 3. Understand the company's employment law, independently complete interview screening and evaluation, and allocate suitable candidates for the team; 4. Collect problems in recruitment work and optimize recruitment systems and processes; 5.
