Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring the successful execution of media campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of driving client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.
Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audiences.
Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide insightful reports on campaign performance.
Campaign Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive media plans and strategies in collaboration with internal teams (planning, creative, digital, etc.).
Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Coordinate with media vendors and partners to secure placements and negotiate rates.
Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and presentations.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of strategic proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging media technologies.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Financial Management:
Manage client budgets and ensure accurate billing.
Track campaign expenses and provide regular financial reports.
Assist in the development of client proposals and estimates.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account executives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management within a media agency.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent understanding of media planning and buying across various channels (digital, traditional, etc.).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Thai and English is required.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Experience with client billing and financial reporting.
