Job Descriptions/Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Leads and manages a cross-functional team of business development executives and data consultants.
Mentors and coaches team members for growth and development.
(Pre-sales) Project Management:
Leads and manages pre-sales activities for data/AI projects.
Identifies and defines client needs and translates them into actionable data/AI solutions.
Conducts feasibility studies and prepares project proposals.
Estimates project costs and timelines.
Participates in client presentations and pitches.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Solution Delivery:
Designs, develops, and deploys data-driven solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
Ensures the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data/AI solutions.
Stays up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Finance or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a data science or AI role.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of 5 or more people.
Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions. Also experience with large-scale system architecture and solution design.Proven experience in pre-sales or business development for data/AI solutions.
Experience with a variety of data science and AI tools and technologies, including but not limited to:
Machine learning
Deep learning
Natural language processing
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in English.
Basic understanding of business and financial concepts.
